How to start a return
- Go to our contact page and send your order number, a short description and photos.
- We will reply with the next steps.
- Once we have the item and have checked it, we will put things right with a replacement where we can, or a refund.
Changed your mind?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Because many treasures are one of a kind, we cannot always offer an exchange.
